3D Virtual Sets

Los Angeles Convention Center

Description:

Unreal Engine 5 environment created to be used as a virtual set for Gamekult’s Summer Game Fest 2022 coverage. Using reference images and a few assets from Pixels Megascans, the Los Angeles Convention Center was recreated in 8 days by assembling over 22,000 3D models.

Koelnmesse

Description:

First 3D set created with Unreal Engine 5 in the span of 4 days to replace the green screens of the Gamekult shows covering Gamescom 2021. The ambition here was to build a Koelnmesse-like set using free assets and create posters to promote the site’s other shows.

Que Reste-t-il

Description:

Using game captures taken from 4 angles and looped discreetly, to which are added slats created and animated in 3D in After Effects, completed with a dithering texture to simulate a large LED screen, here’s a virtual set that can be adapted to the game analyzed in the Gamekult show “Que Reste-t-il”.
